The initial long forms were broken up in several short forms so as not to discourage potential customers.

When filling the forms out, online visitors can go back and forth between the pages to modify the information previously entered. The data is automatically saved during the session.

Zope technology allows for a quick screen refresh after a submission, which prevents people from sending their information more than once.

The forms feature a built-in validation tool that alerts visitors if they didn't fill one field out correctly.

People's information gets sent directly to Intertravel who gets to it over a secure email access (SSL).
